The Radisson Blu Hotel in Kigali offers a great location and friendly staff, making it a pleasant stay overall. However, the air conditioning didn't work well, resulting in a cold room, and the bathroom ventilation could use improvement. Some parts of the hotel's decor also felt a bit dated.

The friendly staff surprised us with delicious welcome fruits and cakes. Access to the rooftop executive lounge offered breathtaking views and exceptional food, making our stay truly special.

This place suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, a fantastic fitness center, and a lovely outdoor pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me find delicious food to order. I'll definitely return for another city trip!

Had an awesome trip with friends! We explored Akagera National Park for an unforgettable safari adventure. The facilities were great, and staff were super helpful. Make sure to check out their breakfast. it's a must! Just keep in mind that the entrance to the hotel can be a hassle during big events.

The hotel access was tough during the Youth Connect event, causing delays for us and our friends.

From the moment we entered, the attentive staff made us feel at home. Particular praise goes to Jean Baptiste, whose service was unforgettable. A true gem!

The only downside was that we didn't want to leave. Four nights felt too short to enjoy everything the hotel offered!

Breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety that I've never encountered before, and the complimentary internet worked perfectly. However, room service lacked variety, and I occasionally experienced noisy neighbors. Overall, it was a delightful visit with great amenities, including the pool and lounge access.
